Policy

If
a product you purchase from us arrives defective, it maybe returned
to us for a full refund or immediate replacement.

All
returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

Customers
must email to service@scottypeeler.com for obtaining a return
authorization number and where to ship returns to. We will respond
within 48 hours.

The
customer is responsible for all freight related charges for returned
products.

Items
must be in original packaging, with a copy of packing slip / invoice
from Scotty Peeler Co. The return authorization must be written
on the invoice / packing slip.

Scotty
Peeler Co. has the option to replace or refund the customers purchase.

Please
allow 7 to 10 days after product has been received for the return
to be processed accordingly.
